Research Services Notice of Intent (NOI) Deadline: 

• Faculty of Arts & Science applicants: Adrian Kelly  adrian.kelly@queensu.ca
• Faculties / Schools applicants: Diane Davies  diane.davies@queensu.ca

Please provide a brief summary of your proposed project (max 200 words). Research Services confirms applicant and project eligibility at this stage and compiles an email distribution list to communicate directly with applicants.

Application resources are below.

Applicants should issue Co-applicant / Collaborator invites via their SSHRC application by this date to allow team members sufficient time to complete their invitations.

Research Services Full Review Deadline: 

Applicants requesting an OPTIONAL full review of their application by Research Services are asked to provide their draft to Research Services no later than August 21. 

• Faculty of Arts & Science applicants: Adrian Kelly  adrian.kelly@queensu.ca
• Other Faculties / Schools applicants: Diane Davies  diane.davies@queensu.ca

• Co-applicant / collaborator invites complete.
   
• Funds from Other Sources: applicants to provide email confirmation of commitments to Research Services from relevant authorized authority (if Queen’s, Department Head or Associate Dean Research).

Research Services Administrative Review Deadline

• Completed Insight Grant applications are to be submitted to Research Services electronically via the SSHRC web-forms for MANDATORY administrative review. Research Services will return the application to the applicant for final editing following review.

Tools for Research At Queen’s (TRAQ)

• Applicants are advised to submit their TRAQ DDS form by this date for Department / Faculty approval. An approved TRAQ entry is required before the application can be submitted to SSHRC.

SSHRC Insight Grant Deadline: â€‹

All applications must be received by SSHRC. Research Services forwards applications electronically to SSHRC.
