How do you handle challenging clients or customers in your business? Whether you're a seasoned pro or still finding your footing, we'd love to hear your stories, strategies, and lessons learned as we explore this tricky — and important — topic together.

Join other women entrepreneurs from the WE-CAN community for a Virtual Café discussion all about Dealing with Difficult Clients + Customers. From boundary-setting and communication techniques to navigating high-stress situations with professionalism, this is your chance to connect, vent (just a little), and walk away with some fresh tools and perspectives.

We hope you'll join us for this engaging and supportive knowledge-sharing experience!

Facilitated by WE-CAN Project Manager Kerry Ramsay, the WE-CAN Virtual Café series consists of lively online discussions designed to share thoughts, ideas, tools, and solutions as we build a positive community of women entrepreneurs in the greater Kingston region and beyond.

Got a tricky situation to unpack, or a go-to technique that helps you turn client chaos into calm? We'd love to hear from YOU. This event is a great opportunity to pool our experiences, take notes, and learn from each other in a safe and collaborative virtual space.

Bring your coffee, your questions, and your wisdom — we can't wait to connect with you!

NOTE: Live Zoom transcription is available during this event. Should you require other accessibility supports, please email kerry.ramsay@queensu.ca as soon as possible since advance notice is necessary to arrange for some accessibility services.
