Let’s take a moment to reflect on the hard work that farmers do to put food on our tables. As a community, we can encourage one another to show appreciation. Whether during a visit to a local farm or while picking up fresh produce at a farmers’ market.

Everyone expresses gratitude in their own way, and this session invites our community to come together in the beauty of the garden to share our stories, listen to one another, and honour the farmers who nurture the earth and sustain our environment.
